Our Barre classes are a low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet and Pilates, using a ballet barre for support, with basic elements of Rhythm. These classes focus on small, isometric movements used to tone and strengthen your muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall flexibility. No previous Ballet experience required.
