Our Mat classes offer a full-body workout using your own body weight and small props (balls, foam rollers, rings, bands, light weights). You’ll build core strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness in every session. Mat Pilates is foundational and suitable for all fitness levels, including post-rehab, beginners, and advanced movers.
